Custom orders are pre-orders and non-refundable because they were made specifically for you. The around time is 1-2 weeks because they will be premade just for you; make sure to go into detail about how you'd like your bracelet to be made. If you want last-minute changes, they will be provided if the order has NOT been shipped yet.

please be aware all items are water & tarnish resistant but for proper care and longest wear please:
-do NOT tug or pull
- remove before going to sleep to avoid misshapping and damage
- avoid water and chemicals, they can withstand water and chemiclas but for longer wear I advise to remove
