When creating your own design you have the freedom of:

personalizing its outline

color scheme

design scheme

and placement. We will make sure to match your references as close as possible.

MOST of our materials are-

.925 sterling silver beads/charms

14k gold filled beads/charms

charms of your choosing, varies options of thread colors, and glass beads

What's our turn around for custom orders? 

Custom orders are pre-orders and NOT refundable because they were made specifically for you.

The turn around time is 1-2 weeks because they are premade; make sure to go into detail about how'd like your bracelet to be made.

if you have requested a charm design that we do not have in store the wait could take up to 3-5 business days for it to arrive.

If you want a last minute changes, they will be provided if the order has NOT been shipped yet, always make sure to double check your address because once your package has shipped out it will be out of our reach.

2. Once we approve your request we will send you an outline of your creation, if it meets your expectations, we will continue with setting up your order

 3. once we send you the payment form please rewrite your inquiry on the personalization box to know that it is you!

4. congratulations your designing has been completed, now it is up to us to meet your expectation by creating your design into your bracelet and shipping your order out pronto!
